Feeling Overwhelmed, or Navigating life Transition?

You Don’t Have to Navigate It Alone.

Meet with me

My Approach

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, understood, and offered different perspectives. As someone with lived experience as an immigrant, I recognise how culture, identity, and life transitions can shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. Having experience with stress and burnout, I bring a deeper sense of empathy and understanding to the challenges you encounter and I strive to create a space that is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and respectful of your unique background and story.

Therapy is not about fixing you , it is about creating space to better understand yourself, your emotions, and your patterns, while honoring the cultural and past experiences that have shaped who you are.

A person is sitting at a light wood desk writing in a blank notebook with a gold pen. On the desk, there are glasses, a small glass of water, a silver vase with a single orange poppy flower, a white ceramic vase on a tray, and a framed piece of art partially visible in the background.

A Thoughtful Space for Meaningful Change

I offer a culturally sensitive, and collaborative approach designed to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Remote Therapy

Therapy from the comfort of your own home. I offer secure and confidential online sessions through a private platform, so you can access support in a space that feels safe, familiar, and convenient.
