Hi, I'm Elodie!

I work with individuals who are used to holding a lot, navigating expectations, life transitions. I understand, from my multicultural background and lived experience as an immigrant, how complex it can feel to navigate identity, belonging, and finding your place across different cultural worlds.

You may be someone who is often adapting, showing up for others, and keeping things together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain on the inside.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. A space where you can slow down, make sense of your experience, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and true to you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic perspectives to support both immediate challenges and past or deeper patterns that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and move through life.

I work with adults, including individuals from diverse and immigrant backgrounds. My goal is to create a thoughtful, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace.
