We accept canadian Debit and major credit cards. A receipt will be provided after your session for insurance reimbursement, where applicable.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged. Changes made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a full cancellation fee (100% of the session cost).

To cancel or reschedule, please contact your therapist directly using the phone or email provided in your appointment confirmation.

At this time, we do not offer direct billing. A receipt will be provided after each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurer in advance to confirm your coverage for psychotherapy services.
